Community Service
Give to Others!

Our youthful generation is focused on their own wants and needs engulfing themselves in selfies, drama, and the inability to comprehend the concept of privacy. As adults that work with children daily and are more aware of society's issues, it is our job to show them what it means to give back. Community service can be completed in various ways, but it is important to develop goals for this aspect in developing professional leaders. Students must learn to delegate or follow the lead of another, understand the amount of time that is necessary to do a job, and reflect on the progress and importance in giving to others.

Part I
1. Watch the Ted Talk Volunteerism and complete the Q&A assignment.

2. Community Service Quarterly Form Use within Leadership
