Finding Resources to Help

Inquire through your district about what Mental Health services are available to you and your family. Advocate for yourself and get the information needed. Don't be afraid to ask!
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we understand that some employees or members of their family may be experiencing various hardships. From mental health counseling sessions to financial advice to locating childcare, AllOne Health brings these resources right to your fingertips with their My Life Expert website and mobile app. This is a free service for our employees, and anyone in their household.
 
Get started by visiting www.mylifeexpert.com or download the mobile app by scanning this QR Code with your device (Android devices require downloading a QR reader from Google Play first).  Note: You can also get the mobile app at www.mylifeexpert.com. (App is not downloadable through Google Play or the App Store.)

Once logged in at www.mylifeexpert.com on either your desktop or mobile device:
~ Click “Create a new account with your company code” on the right-hand side of the page.
~ Please contact your district to get the access code:

~ Follow instructions in the activation e-mail.
~ Explore the site!
